During the Ming and Qing dynasties (1368-1911 AD), numerous wine workshops thrived, preserving the craft. Made from premium sorghum and wheat, Lanling wine uses traditional solid-state fermentation, resulting in a mellow body and a lingering finish that embodies the profound culture of the Qilu region.
