After the founding of the People's Republic of China, the Lukang Distillery was formally established, blending modern technology with ancient techniques to become a representative brand of Shaanxi baijiu. Its cultural significance lies in preserving the brewing customs and commercial history of southern Shaanxi, serving as an important carrier of Han River culture.
